BGP joins the Calgary Chamber of Commerce

8/20/2019

Picture
BGP is excited to become a member of the Calgary Chamber of Commerce. The purpose of the Calgary Chamber is to build a business community that nourishes, powers, and inspires the world. The Calgary Chamber lives into that purpose by fostering an inclusive and holistic business community—one that doesn’t separate itself into different sectors by industry.

We look forward to increasing our involvement and engagement within the Calgary business community, and to meeting other members who would benefit from our OGE technology.

Borealis’s Canoe Reach project near Valemount was featured in the Edmonton Journal as an opportunity to decarbonize the recently approved TransMountain pipeline expansion. Our project could provide renewable electricity to pumping stations, as well as heat the pipeline to reduce viscosity and energy needed for pumping.
